What inspires a person the most: “People”.
In the AI world, Knowledge is something easily available over media. What is real ask: Humble Leaders, who can mentor, be approachable, having no negative attitude for the position in their life today.
One such Fortunate person I met is Mr. Srini Bhagavan. He is so down to earth, that he draws respect for the virtue of this behavior. This is boundless human.

He is an unique leader who has succeeded in technical, managerial, and building teams and innovation and is currently a Leader for MultiCloud Transformations. His LinkedIn says it all.

Take a bow for the magnitude of his work, and his optimistic behavior to add to his infectious enthusiasm emanating from fellow beings around him. His dynamism serves as a constant source of resilience and motivation.

I have been associated with him as a mentee for many years and we were working together during IBM Data and AI days. We have common friends with a good heart to cherish some good memories en route on this journey. I have referred a few friends to him, and he has acknowledged them with a smile and enlightened them as well.

He laughs with you, loves to talk to you, and advises you,

What I learned the most is that

* Work with a positive attitude.
* What you can’t change just endure it
* Life only gets tougher, smile and hold on, Things will fall into place
